Hi, we are having a problem getting the Triggerboxes to trigger all the cameras in time with the flashes.
Here are the camera settings we are using: ISO: 100-200, Shutter Speed: 1/10 - 1/5 second and Aperture: f/8 - f/11.
Do you know how to solve this issue?

Hi Michael,
Thank you for your question. Typically, flashes are more responsive than cameras which is why you are experiencing difficulty in syncing all your cameras with your flashes.
To ensure all flashes and cameras are in sync, it would be better to connect the flashes to the TriggerBox and then by using the TriggerBoxController software, delaying the output that the flash is connected to. There is a simple calculation that can be used to find the correct delay.
