Your legal rights: Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund, if you request one in writing, within 14 days of receipt.
Our policy: You can return your item/s for free within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order and receive a full refund , please refer to full terms of this policy below.
Need to return your items?
Contact us at email@example.com with the following details:
- your name
- your company
- order / invoice number
- contact phone number
- and details of the product(s) you will be returning.
Upon receipt of your email, we will send you a returns form and label. Please fill in the returns form, attach the label to the outside of the package and follow the instructions on how to return your parcel to us. Items need to be returned in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty), in the original packaging with the contents of the box, including manuals and cables. The item/s should be undamaged and unused.
We will refund the bank debit or credit card used to make your purchase for the full amount paid for the products within 14 days of our receipt of the product. The 14 day return period starts from the day after the last product from your order arrives. We will notify you once your refund has been issued.
Please allow up to 5 – 10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card / bank statement. Please note that we can only accept returns from the person who originally purchased the items. See our full Terms and Conditions here.
